At British Pack, we are confident you will be satisfied with your order. However, our ordering process is based entirely on personalized products.

Products are designed using our design panel, and once the design approval statement has been confirmed by the customer, the order is placed. Upon approval, production begins immediately, and the order becomes fully customized.

Therefore, since the production and printing process starts right after the design approval, cancellations or refunds cannot be accepted.
